Technical Lead Software Engineer - Product Quality Solutions (f/m/div)
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our new team in Porto. As a Technical Lead Software Engineer - Product Quality Solutions, you will play a key role in technically leading and mentoring the team while you will also develop, maintain, and improve our software applications for factory integration and software development, driving innovation and excellence in our products.
In your new role, you will:
- Act as the Technical lead and mentor of the software development team to achieve the functional and individual objectives
- Develop, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve our existing software, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Brainstorm and develop new ideas with our Innovation team that will take our software to the next level
- Refactor and migrate our software applications to new technologies, ensuring they remain scalable and efficient
- Develop and perform automated testing and rollout
- Take ownership of changes and proactively manage them to ensure commitments are met
- Collaborate with global, agile project teams as part of our Dev
Ops team, working together to deliver
- quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users - Be familiar with the technology ecosystem of Factory Integration and Software development (e. g. relations between MES, Orchestrator, Production and Wafertest area)
You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, and thrive in a
- paced environment. You are adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn, with a strong
- solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer with some experience as a Technical Lead as well
- Experience with most of the following skills: C++, C# or. NET Core, RESTful web services, g
RPC, and Linux - Experience in either GUI development (Frontend) or service development (Backend), as well as technology migration
- Advanced knowledge in SQL server and database management, with expertise in Oracle
- Experience in the SAFe agile framework is a plus, but not essential
- Experience in Dev
Ops/Automated Testing is also desirable, but not mandatory - Fluency in English is mandatory
