We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions;
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients;
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide insights into solution design;
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices;
• Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams on products, services, and solutions;
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects;
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives:
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree;
• Proven experience in
  - sales, solution consulting, or a similar role;
• Strong ability to create and articulate compelling technical proposals;
• Deep technical knowledge in technology industry;
• Experience in managing teams and leading technical professionals;
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with both technical and
  - technical audiences;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced,
  - facing environment.
