Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 4 or more years of professional experience in roles such as:

• IT Operations Manager;
• Production Support lead;
• Systems Engineering lead

Qualifications

• Experience with APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace, App
  Dynamics, Datadog or New
  Relic) and/or ELK stack.
• Hands-on technical expertise in at least one type of technology solution (CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions).
• Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (JIRA or Service
  Now).
• Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies).
• Knowledge in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge using relational databases or No
  SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
  SQL, Cassandra).
• Good level of Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar.
