Description:

• What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:

We are seeking a Technical Solution Designer with expertise in application technologies and a track record of designing and implementing complex solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying technical debt, providing technical documentation, and supporting infrastructure changes to ensure system stability and scalability. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across global teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation: Analyze, design, and implement complex technical solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support application technologies.
2. Technical Debt Management: Identify, assess, and maintain a technical debt backlog. Provide recommendations to resolve technical debt efficiently and effectively.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with
   - functional teams to ensure alignment and
   - quality project delivery. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear understanding across global teams.
4. Infrastructure Support: Handle infrastructure change requests, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices.

Must have:

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
• Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving
• Commitment to quality of deliveries
• Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English
• Knowledge of application technologies
• Hands-on experience with these technologies
• Experience with designing complex solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools
• Project experience
• Knowledge of languages (written and oral): Portuguese, Spanish
