Onsite (first year), then hybrid according to the project needs

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating between Crossjoin Competence Center teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational needs.
2. Ensure project documentation is consistently
   -
   - date, providing the necessary
   - requirements for the team to execute their work efficiently.
3. Lead technical discussions in client meetings, report on task progress, participate in task force or firefighting meetings, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
4. Proactively identify and manage
   - driven tasks with the client that contribute to project success.
5. Oversee and guide the creation, prioritization, and delivery of tasks assigned to the Crossjoin Competence Center, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
6. Become the technical subject matter expert in Crossjoin’s performance methodology, particularly in addressing complex performance challenges such as production firefighting, business processes optimisation or technical assurance activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar.
2. 4 or more years of professional experience in roles as: IT Operations Manager; Site Reliability Engineer lead; Platform Engineer lead; Production Support lead; Dev
   Ops team lead; Infrastructure lead; Cloud Operations lead; Systems Engineering lead.
3. Hands-on technical expertise in the last year at least in one type of technology solution (e. g. , CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions).
4. Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).

Nice to have:

1. Willingness to travel.
2. Experience with APM monitoring tools (e. g. , Dynatrace, App
   Dynamics, Datadog or New
   Relic) and/or ELK stack.
3. Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e. g. , JIRA or Service
   Now).
4. Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e. g. , Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies).
5. Knowledge in Cloud environments (e. g. , Azure, AWS or GCP).
6. Knowledge using relational databases or No
   SQL (e. g. , Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
   SQL, Cassandra).
7. Good level of Spanish.
