Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
Provide accurate and practical information on products and services, following established guidelines.
Assist with
- sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support for various products.
Address inbound customer requests, documenting case information and ensuring timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to resolve or close customer tickets efficiently.
Manage your personal ticket queue and provide feedback as needed to management.

07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
