What Your Schedule Looks Like:
Monday to Friday:08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Saturday and Sunday:08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
2 rotational days off each week for a healthy
- life balance
What We Offer:
Base Salary:1500 (paid 14 times per year)
KPI Bonus:100 annually for hitting performance goals
Meal Allowance:7. 23 per day to keep you fueled up
Transportation Allowance:20 per month (starts on Day 1 and becomes free after 6 months!)
Relocation Perks:
Airfare Reimbursement:Up to 400 after 6 months (Economy class)
Housing Support:Apartment room for only 280/month, discounted directly from your payslip, for the first 12 months
Your Mission:
As a
Technical Customer Support Specialist, youll be the
- to expert for customers, helping them navigatetechnical issuesand offering assistance withproduct features, software, hardware, andwireless connectivity. Youll
- sales and
- salessupport, ensuring smooth communication through phone, email, chat, and even social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries viavoice, email, chat, and messaging channels
Deliverpre-sales support, handlegeneral inquiries, and resolvetechnical issues
Maintain a consistent brand voice, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Escalate complex issues to
- level tech teams when necessary
Collaborate with technicians and manage help tickets efficiently
Keep accurate records of interactions in the system
Contribute ideas forcontinuous improvementand adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Provide feedback on help content and assist with documentation
What You Bring:
Native Norwegian speakerwith strong written and verbal communication skills
English B2 proficiency
