Responsabilidades Chave

1. Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels;
2. Provide
   - sales, general inquiries, and technical support;
3. Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions;
4. Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed;
5. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets;
6. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction;
7. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
8. Review and provide feedback on help content.

Competências

1. Proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
2. Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
3. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
4. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Principais Benefícios

What we have to offer you?

1. Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
2. Base salary of 1100€/month;
3. Performance bonus up to 120€/month;
4. Complexity bonus: 135€/month;
5. Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational);
   
   Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM;
6. Days Off: 2 Days Rotational;
7. Location: Lisbon.
