Technical Customer Support In German (M/F/X)

responsabilidades chave
Handle technical customer inquiries for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
Provide clear, practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services.
Assist users with
- sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case details.
Manage and appropriately escalate customer issues to higher support tiers when needed.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
Maintain your individual ticket queue and provide feedback as required by management.
competências
What We Are Looking For:
Proficiency in German and English, both oral and written.
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What we have to offer you?
Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotational shifts).
Days Off: Weekends.
Base Salary: €1, 100/month.
Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per day worked.
Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month.
