Technical Consultant Service
Now – ITOM (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience
2. Experience in populating CMDB solutions and managing CMDB health metrics
3. Consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITOM solutions in client environments
4. Service
   Now Certification is a plus
5. Fluency in English

Soft Skills:

1. Good communication
2. Team spirit
