Responsibility:

1. Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of
- user;

2. Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or
- site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and
- user;

3. Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;

4. Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;

5. Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;

6. Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;

7. Other tasks needed from Snibe

Requirements：

1. At lease 3years’ experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure;

2. Able to use English as working language.
