In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Security compliance policies, procedures, and technical platform details.
• Identify IT Security Risks and Cyber Threats through vulnerabilities, incidents, audits, logging, and other security programs, integrating them into the risk management process.
• Participate in the security risk register and collaborate with teams to implement risk mitigation action plans.
• Manage penetration tests, security assessments, and findings resolution.
• Contribute to company infrastructure and security assessments, including the automation of operational tasks.
• Implement and uphold authorization structures in adherence to IAM VW standards.
• Maintain procedure documentation and manage ISMS policies.
• Work in sync with Solution Architects, product managers, and release managers to align on security measures and application life cycle updates.
• Coordinate and align with other teams for implementing action plans to mitigate risks.
• Manage application related running costs within budget for internal customer applications.
• Manage contracts related to application support, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge and application of ITIL processes.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in IT and Cyber Security topics.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Bachelor or Master degree in informatics or comparable degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Security or related areas.
• Knowledge on the controls from best practices frameworks, such as Cob
  IT, ITIL, ISO IEC/IEC 27001, PS951 – Certification on these frameworks will be differential.
• Good communication skills, high level of
  - responsibility,
  - initiative and the ability to interact efficiently.
• Results-oriented and with a
  - player attitude.
• Strong analytical and structural competence and ability to organize
  - /herself independently.
• Speaks & writes English fluently.
