Do you enjoy troubleshooting tech issues and being the
- to person for support? Are you fluent in Dutch and English? If so, this is your chance to work with a leading small appliance brand, providing

responsabilidades chave

What You'll Do:

? Offer
- class tech support to customers after sales for various domestic appliance brands.

? Assist customers via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact.

? Diagnose technical issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex cases when necessary.

? Improve customer satisfaction by proactively offering solutions (e. g. , guiding customers through You
Tube tutorials).

? Provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints.

? Work with three different software programs during the support process.

competências

What You Need:

Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written).

Preferably, previous experience in a call center.

High school diploma or higher education.

Strong
- solving and communication skills.

Cross-selling skills are a plus!

What do we have for you?

Base salary: €1, 100/month

Complexity bonus: €100/month

Performance bonus: Up to €100/month

Meal allowance: €7. 23 per day

Health insurance

12-month renewable contract

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day

Location: Lisboa onsite
