The Role
As a growing business, we are constantly looking for top talent, and we need additional support to make this happen as efficiently as possible. Your role will be crucial in identifying and attracting top IT professionals while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and satisfied hiring managers. Every week, you will be sourcing and speaking with candidates, posting jobs, and arranging interviews. We place a strong focus on candidate experience, and you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that candidates leave with a positive impression of Hiscox, regardless of the outcome. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging top tech talent through Linked
In, job boards, networking, and referrals. - Posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews (face-to-face or virtual).
- Managing recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics and processes.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future roles.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies to coordinate candidate submissions and hiring processes.
- Providing interview feedback to candidates over the phone.
- Supporting general recruitment administration, ensuring all records and documents are up to date.
Person Specification:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Previous experience in IT/Tech recruitment, either
- house or within an agency. - Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a
- paced,
- volume environment. - Experience with Workday would be a plus, as it is the system we use.
