Role Description
Join us as a Tech Recruiter at Landing. Jobs in Porto, where you'll enjoy a flexible, hybrid work setup with some remote work options. In this
- time role, you'll be at the heart of our team, managing a client's database and ATS, and engaging in regular
- ups with managers. Your days will be filled with dynamic activities like interviewing top talent, providing valuable feedback to candidates, negotiating offers, assisting with onboarding tasks and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Main requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven recruiting experience across Technology and managing multiple processes for multiple roles
- Ability to manage recruitment processes through adequate tools, including previous experience working with an ATS;
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Experience with
- life cycle recruitment - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
