Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
2. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
4. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
5. Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines, working closely with the architecture and infrastructure teams.
6. Continuously monitor and optimize the Data systems to enhance efficiency and the customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configuration, changes, and Agile development processes, while adhering to industry compliance requirements.

Essential Skills

1. At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
2. Strong experience with C#.
3. Good knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Dev
   Ops.
4. Experience with SQL.
5. Good knowledge of React.
6. Good knowledge of Microservices and Containerization (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
