Our next challenge is to develop an additional module in our Saa
S solution "Wüest Dimensions" for fund business planning and we need you as a Tech Lead to join us on this mission!

Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle, from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams, ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking, insurance, real estate and the public sector. We handle small to
- sized projects involving web frontends, complex backends and
- party integrations. Our team is located in Lisbon, with 25 employees based at Centro Comercial Alvalade, working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.

Your Responsibility

As a Tech Lead, you will contribute to a supportive,
- oriented environment while taking ownership of the following:

• Requirement Analysis & Software Development:Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
• Design & Development: Designefficient, scalable and
  - quality software architecture aligned with business objectives
• Collaboration:Work closely with product owners and business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
• Technical Expertise:Guide your team with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of leaders
• Java Unit Testing with Mockito & JUnit
• Angular / React
• REST APIs

Qualifications

Your Profile

• University degree in
  Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;Relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience (min. one year on a complex,
  - running project)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Open
  Shift, etc. )
• Development lifecycle management, in particular Git / Bit
  Bucket and working with Pull Requests
• Good familiarity with agile development methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset who brings excellent analytical and
  - solving skills
• Fluency in English language, written and verbal
