Key responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices by development teams.
- Review code and establish coding standards to maintain high software quality.
- Automate development and deployment processes, promoting efficiency and agility.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, fostering an environment of learning and continuous improvement.
Main requirements
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development (web and mobile).
- 3 or more years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- 3 or more years of experience in the financial sector.
- Ability to design system architecture for Web and Mobile solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, C, . NET.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Node. js, React. js, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with API and microservices implementations.
- Knowledge of security standards (TLS, SSL, OAuth, Open
ID) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google). - Experience with databases (Oracle, Postgre
SQL). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of code quality tools (Sonar
Qube, Checkmarx) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace). - Experience with Agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to have
- AWS/Google/Microsoft Azure Developer
- Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
- Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer
- Certified Mobile Application Developer (CMAD)
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
