Tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java or. NET and associated technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and
  - based solutions using AWS, Docker, and other relevant tools.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e. g. ,
  - ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as a certified Scrum Master, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with Agile principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and align on project goals.
• Ensure software quality by implementing and overseeing automated testing processes (e. g. , Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Act as the technical point of contact for complex issues and drive resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java or . NET, with
  - on experience in frameworks and modern development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e. g. , Selenium, Robot Framework). Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote team collaboration.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal.
