We are looking for Team Leader - Full Stack. Please see more details below:

English Level: C1 or higher.

Location: Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. The working model will be hybrid (at least 2 days in the office). Candidates must be living in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Seamless Delivery: Collaborate closely with product owners and delivery leads to ensure smooth and efficient feature releases, optimizing the path to production.
2. Champion Quality Code: Maintain exceptional software development standards and rigorous quality assurance practices, ensuring robust and reliable applications.
3. Shape Technical Strategy: Develop and implement your team's technology roadmap, aligning it with the global company's vision and driving innovation within the technical domain.
4. Cultivate Collaboration: Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient team environment, prioritizing shared success and knowledge exchange over individual achievements. Mentor and support team members to achieve common goals.
5. Leverage Shared Components: Contribute to and actively utilize the client's shared platform for new feature development, promoting consistency and efficiency across our projects.

Required Qualifications:

1. Accessibility Champion: Proven experience in developing web applications that adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines, ensuring inclusivity for all users.
2. Full-Stack Proficiency: Extensive experience (5+ years) with modern
   - stack development using Type
   Script, React
   JS, Node
   JS, and robust testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
3. Cloud Native Development: Experience with cloud technologies, including microservices architecture and serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda (or equivalent).
4. CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, Jenkins or similar tools, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
