Your responsibilities

• You will oversee and manage the entire process from offline preparation to
  - site construction, ensuring full compliance with contracts, specifications, and project standards.
• You will organize site setup (office, IT supplies, work passes, entry permits, etc. ).
• You will manage a construction site section, leading and guiding internal and external employees.
• You will oversee assembly work execution, including commissioning and capacity planning.
• You will define assembly sequences, considering project timelines, and act as the main point of contact for the client and project manager.
• You will monitor and evaluate performance deviations, reporting them to project management.

Your profile

• You have 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry (body construction, assembly, installation, and commissioning).
• You have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or industrial field, with further training as a technician/master craftsman or an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in customer interaction and field assembly, ideally including international projects.
• You have strong organizational and leadership experience, with initiative, flexibility, and a
  - oriented mindset.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus. German language skills are advantageous.
• You are willing and available to travel onsite to clients nationally and internationally, with all travels within Europe booked internally by thyssenkrupp.
