Team Leader - Customer Support - German

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the team of a renowned multinational company, working on a project for one of the world's leading social media platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team focused on content review and customer support.

In this role you will be guiding, coaching and monitoring a team of German content reviewers to perform the best way possible and provide the best service to the platform.
Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and develop a team of moderators/support agents.
Set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate team member performance.
Enforce community guidelines, handle escalations, and analyze trends.
Ensure quality support, manage channels, and resolve complex issues.
Oversee and maintain quality in German language moderation/support.
Handle complex or sensitive moderation and customer service issues.
Identify areas for improvement and implement more efficient workflows.
Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide reports to management.
Maintain excellent communication within the team and with management.
Address issues effectively and ensure a positive user experience.
competências
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C1 level minimum) and residing in Lisbon, with availability for daily office work (Sete Rios).
Good English skills.
Analytical and critical thinking skills,
- oriented.
Empathy and customer service excellence.
Previous experience in a call center environment. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Experience in specific roles of Team Leader and/or Trainer are very valuable.
Minimum: High-school diploma.
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card).
