What You Will Do:

Technically lead the. NET development team, ensuring efficiency and code quality.

Design and maintain scalable and secure architectures.

Implement and promote best development practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns).

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards.

Implement automated tests (unit, integration,
-
- end).

Reduce technical debt and optimize application performance.

Support and mentor junior,
- level, and senior developers.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Align technical requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Support project planning and delivery.

Act as a bridge between the technical team and clients, translating business requirements into efficient technological solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong background in software architecture and best development practices.

Advanced knowledge in Azure or another cloud platform.

Experience in retail, logistics, or
- commerce projects (a plus).

Leadership skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.

English B2/C1. Spanish is a plus, as we are expanding into the Spanish market.
