• Lead backend development with

• Drive excellence in microservices, scalability, performance, and security.
• Stay updated on Node. js, Type
  Script, Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD best practices.

• Balance technical and business priorities for timely,
  - quality solutions.
• Translate objectives into actionable development plans.
• Optimize workflows and directly contribute to coding when needed.

Your Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Node. js, Type
  Script, Kubernetes, Kafka, and database systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Dev
  Ops principles.

• Proven ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Align technical solutions with business goals.
• Deliver results with a pragmatic,
  - on approach.
