Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Team Lead to join one of our client's company in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our Client is the largest quality assurance company in the world and is recruiting employees for a localization/software-testing project in partnership with one of the world’s largest tech providers.

Your Role

The Team Lead role will be focused on:

• Utilizing linguistics and technical expertise, reporting directly to the Site Lead;
• Managing all team projects and initiatives, overseeing 5-15 trained employees while providing ongoing mentorship;
• Serving as a source of knowledge and technical mentor; handling team communications (ongoing reports, updates to stakeholders) and
  - hoc project management tasks;
• Having a strong software background (developer, data, quality control, QA, T3 technical support for example);
• Possessing software experience with Team Leader experience in a
  - related project;
• Having solid experience directly managing teams of at least 7 people;
• Exhibiting assertiveness, strong communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Identifying and resolving inefficiencies within the team and project.
