Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

1. Lead a team of 10-15 employees focused on O2C operations, ensuring
   - quality execution of key processes such as order management and contract administration;
2. Develop strategies to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by the Service Line Manager;
3. Manage hiring, team structure, and employee development strategies to foster growth and enhance skillsets;
4. Oversee
   -
   - day operations by planning, monitoring, and optimizing tasks and deliverables to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
5. Drive team adherence to compliance standards, business rules, and company policies, ensuring customer orders and contracts are processed accurately and in a timely manner;
6. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer or stakeholder inquiries, driving resolution through collaboration with business units, warehouses, factories, and other departments;
7. Promote innovation, digitalization, and continuous process improvements within the team’s operations;
8. Lead by example to inspire team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and
   - performance culture;

We are looking for someone with…

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field;
2. Professional experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably in O2C, or related areas, combined with international and
   - cultural experience;
3. Proven experience in leading operational or project teams, ideally in a shared service environment;
4. Fluent writing and speaking in French and English (both languages mandatory);
5. Track record in innovation, digitalization, and process improvement projects;
6. Structured working mode and confidence in moderation and presentation techniques;
7. Strong
   - solving and analytical skills;
8. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments;
9. Flexibility and availability to travel, if needed.
