Are you a dynamic and
- oriented professional looking for an exciting role in a
- paced environment? Join our team as a Team Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Supply Chain Management & Purchasing department!
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and orders, schedule visits and meetings, and manage our intranet and Bosch Connect presence.
- Act as a deputy for the department's management assistant, overseeing onboarding of new employees and coordinating team travel.
- Support the Talent Development Program and assist with communication between departments and purchasing teams.
- Take responsibility for video recording, editing, and AI-supported training formats.
- Provide conceptual and operational support for organizing internal and external events.
- Create documents, materials, and graphics for presentations and speeches.
Education & Experience:
- Completed training in the commercial sector or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in assistant/secretarial functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Share
Point, Teams). - Familiarity with Bosch applications (i
Buy, ESS, b
Travel, b
Expense, e
Room, SAP) is a plus. - Open-minded and adaptable to new systems.
Skills & Work Style:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Highly organized, structured, and independent, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Quick comprehension and a confident demeanor.
Languages:
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
