We’re looking for a new Talent Unit Director - Franchise Partner

Requirements:

1. BSc/MSc degree in IT, Management, HR or similar;
2. Demonstrable success in talent search, attraction, and selection;
3. Mandatory: Past professional experience as Recruiter or Manager in IT Outsourcing Services;
4. Mandatory: Fluency in Portuguese;
5. Experience identifying, coaching, and retaining
   - potential talent;
6. Exceptionally
   - oriented and organized;
7. Ambition, proactivity, polyvalence, autonomy, honesty, responsibility, resilience and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit & Select: source, attract and hire top IT professionals and other qualified staff;
2. Coach & Retain: develop roles, responsibilities, and clear accountabilities to keep teams engaged;
3. Operational Excellence: boost efficiency and performance across all recruitment processes;
4. Strategic Leadership: align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, ensuring consistent growth;
5. Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and
   - functional teams.
