The opportunity
As a Talent & Development and Deployment Partner, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate, and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools.
Due to exceptional growth, we have several vacancies within our high performing team which is based in Lisbon but spans all countries across Europe and Africa.
You will specialize in either Onboarding Products for Office Workers or Frontline Workers, or alternatively in Performance and Talent Management products or Communications within a highly progressive T&D arena.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the smooth deployment of the entire lifecycle of Onboarding / Performance and Talent or Communications Products.
- Intensive stakeholder management from employees, leaders, HR professionals, and product designers ensuring that everyone knows what to do, when, how, and why in relation to your specific product.
- Attend alignment calls with other T&D Partners across the globe to ensure a standard and uniform deployment approach.
- Seek out feedback and share this information with product designers seeking constant improvement.
- Present your product, communicate pertinent information, and act as a specialist sparring partner with others.
- Perform deep analysis of product saturation providing information against which decisions can be made.

What we are looking for
As for the skill set and experience, we are looking for:
- Experience either leading or participating in large product deployment projects (in or out of HR).
- Vast and contemporary experience within one of the following disciplines: Onboarding (office based); Onboarding (frontline workers); Performance and Talent Management; Communications management within the T&D arena.
- Passion, curiosity, and application around talent and development.
- Intensive Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven facilitation skills at various levels.
- Solution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skills.
- Active listening with a customer experience mindset.
- Fluency in English (speak/read/write). Knowledge of any other language would be beneficial.
