To reinforce the team, we seek a Talent Development Specialist (m/f) to work in Porto.
MISSION:
To support the development and execution of talent and development processes according to the defined objectives and policies, and promote organizational culture, contributing to employee development, retention and
- being.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the
- outs of development programs, performance and talent reviews processes for the different geographic areas of operations; - Ensuring performance management in the system Success Factors, as well as supporting Managers and local HR Teams throughout the process;
- Supporting the Goal-setting process and annual performance cycles as well as oversee Mid-year and Year-end performance reviews;
- Monitoring and analyze Talent Management KPIs and propose action plans;
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage continuous feedback and drive performance impact;
- Mapping High Potentials in the organisation and supporting the leadership skills Development Programs on site of current and new leaders;
- Ensuring the planning and and support the local HR teams in the execution of the annual talent reviews;
- Implement and manage career paths ensuring the progression, mobility, motivation and internal development of employees;
- Supporting the implementation of the succession plans for key roles and development plans;
- Manage the process for Individual Development Plans and assist local HR Teams in providing support and execution;
- Participating in assessing the Organizational Climate and proposing action plans in line with internal practices and policies;
- To be a CJR Renewables ambassador to employees, promoting the internal culture and focusing on talent Development and retention;
- Contributing to the development of new HR development programs and measures that foster employee motivation, development and
- being within the organization.
PROFILE:
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Management, Social Sciences or similar.
- 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international,
- growing organization. - Fluency in English and Spanish (B2 level).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP Success
Factors (preferable). - Ability to adapt to various cultures and situations and to develop and establish positive, cooperative, and influential relationships with stakeholders.
