We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our new project in Lisbon.

Your main responsibilities:

• Direct contact with internal clients to understand the recruitment needs and priorities;
• Manage all the steps of the recruitment process, from the first contact with the candidates to the Job Offer presentation;
• Be the focal point to provide information and guidance to Hiring Managers;
• Manage the relationships with candidates and all information gathered during the recruitment process to create a strong database;
• Provide KPIs and market information to define the best strategy to find the best talent;
• Source applicants through online channels, such as Linked
  In and other professional networks;
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a similar degree;
• At least 3 years proven experience in recruitment (Desirable);
• Skills such as customer and goal orientation, great communication, team player attitude, market knowledge and capacity of setting priorities will be evaluated;
• Fluency in English written and spoken;
• Experience with Linked
  In recruiter and knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and Power
  Point);
• Hands-on experience with
  - cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
