What will be your role
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Human Resources Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring top IT talent to support our company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, ensuring a continuous flow of
- quality talent. - Screening applicants and conducting interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Creating and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake call to sourcing, screening, process management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Participating in career events to promote employer branding and attract top professionals.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Contributing to other
- wide initiatives, driving continuous improvement in our hiring processes.

What should you bring to the team
- +2 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, with experience hiring for technical or IT roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates for various positions, especially in the tech and IT sectors.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
- Ability to identify and assess technical skills and cultural fit for roles within an expanding company.
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong focus on achieving recruitment goals and ensuring the best fit for the company's growth needs.
- Ability to work both collaboratively with internal teams and independently to manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Availability to work up to 2 days in the office in Lisbon.
