What you'll do

• Lead the

  - end recruitment process;
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent;
• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify profile needs and create job descriptions;
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit;
• Manage job postings across recruitment social media;
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What you'll need

• Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialist role;
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
• Familiarity with Portuguese Labour Law and compliance regulations;
• An additional language is valued.
