As a TA Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand ethos through mindful candidate care and thorough screening on soft and hard skills as well as team and brand fit.

The Role

• Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through the brand’s career page, Linked
  In, and referrals.
• Create job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain
  - quality data entry on Taleo to facilitate
  - up and GDPR compliance.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities.
• Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment; fashion retail experience will be a plus.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of written and spoken English.
