Responsibilities:
Candidate's recruitment
- Understand, analyse, define and formalize the client requirements into clear specifications and Actual Talent methodologies.
- Participates in the sourcing strategy's definition.
- Masters the use of social media,
- boards, CV banks and candidate databases in order to attract targeted profiles.
Candidate's assessment
- Validates the fit between the candidate and the job specifications (experience consistency, skills, motivations, availability, salary expectations, references, etc. ). Elaborate a qualitative
- selection. - Organizes the tests if required into the specifications.
- Organizes (and eventually animates) the Assessment Centres.
- Executes the reference checking in order to validate the experiences and skills of the targeted candidates (if required into the specifications).
- Writes the candidates' reports.
- Ensures candidate
- up (following-up, monitoring expectations and timings) in order to maintain an active pool of candidates. - Maintains close contact with the hired candidates.
Reporting and client relationship
- Maintains

- date the Actual Talent reporting and dashboards. - Maintains weekly updates with the clients in order to give qualitative and quantitative market insights.
- Transmits all relevant and necessary information to the Project Manager or Team Leader and proposes solutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service.
Requirements:
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience as Consultant with knowledge of the international market.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR. Master's Degree will be an added value.
- Languages: Portuguese and English; a third European language is highly valued.
- Competences: Lean and
- up attitude, flexible, high communication skills.
