The Role: Be the Bridge Between Talent and Opportunity
Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent, refining systems, and creating seamless hiring experiences?
You’ll play a critical role in:
- Identifying A5 players: Matching them with clients to ensure an optimal fit.
- Advocating for candidates: Providing them with feedback, coaching them to showcase their skills effectively, and helping them present their best selves.
- Collaborating across teams: To continuously improve recruitment systems and outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Management
- Screen Applications: Evaluate incoming applications, videos, and case studies within 48 hours to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.
- Conducting Interviews: Interviews will be a large part of your

- day, allowing you to build strong relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless,
- quality hiring process. - Build Relationships: Engage with candidates authentically, being fully present and creating a positive, professional experience for them.
- Candidate Coaching: Provide feedback and guidance to help candidates refine their profiles, case studies, and interview performance.
- EA Matching: Identify and recommend the best matches for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with client goals.
Process Optimization and Collaboration
- Refine Processes: Maintain SOPs to streamline hiring operations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Client Onboarding, Growth, and EA Success teams to enhance systems and ensure smooth handovers.
- Employer Branding: Partner with the Growth team to attract quality candidates through consistent and engaging branding initiatives.
