Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide consulting to Hiring Managers on recruiting trends, candidate experience, and recruitment strategies;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies – utilizing our internal database and other platforms (i. e. , Linked
In Recruiter) to find and attract experts for several job families; - Drive candidate relationship management activities – using social media to promote our open positions, connect with candidates, and build up and maintain your own network of talents;
- Perform candidate preselection – ranking candidates in our Applicant Tracking System based on information from the Hiring Manager;
- Participate in candidate selection along with hiring managers – actively engaging in job interviews and conducting the offer proposal process;
- Complete the recruitment process by sending feedback to all applicants, matching
- best candidates with other opportunities, and closing the positions.
You are
- oriented and have a structured,
- driven working style. You generate value through your ideas and solutions and can quickly establish successful cooperation with your team and others. Furthermore, your service mindset and strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and provide a service of excellence.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field of studies;
- At least 3 years of work experience in Recruiting, Headhunting, or Talent Relationship Management, ideally in a
- paced environment; - Practical experience with Linked
In Recruiter would be a great advantage; - Great communication skills and a consultant mindset;
- A positive working attitude and a teamwork mentality;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
