We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll be supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us ensure our growth is done with the right talent in the right place. Quality will always be above quantity!

This position is for a 12-month contract to support the peak growth we have been having. There is a possibility to extend, but we do not want to promise anything we are not sure yet!

What will be your responsibilities

• Master every phase of the hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers;
• Simultaneously handle recruitment processes across different areas and departments, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach;
• Review applications, conduct thorough interviews, and collaborate with the Hiring Partners to make candidate selections;
• Expertly use Linked
  In Recruiter to identify, source, and engage top talent, showcasing your proficiency with Boolean searching;
• Assess candidates and their cultural fit to ensure alignment with our company values;
• Provide a positive candidate experience, collecting feedback to continually enhance our recruitment processes;
• Track key hiring metrics to ensure practices align with company goals and drive continuous improvement.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Educational background in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields;
• Up to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally having hired for production and IT roles;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Dutch being a valued plus;
• Expertise using Boolean searching across platforms such as Linked
  In Recruiter or Google;
• In-house recruitment experience in international environments across multiple locations;
• Genuine enthusiasm for interviewing and mastering the art of cultural matchmaking;
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a commitment to centralizing information within the platform;
• Wisdom and resilience to navigate the highs and lows of a
  - growing company.
• Fluency in any other European languages;
• Data proficiency and the ability to support the TA Manager in the development of a
  - centric team.
