About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Data
Camp. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will collaborate with various teams to identify hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment execution: Drive the

   - end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all involved.
2. Trusted advisor to hiring managers: Collaborate closely with our hiring managers, providing invaluable insights and developing tailored hiring strategies that align with their specific needs.
3. Innovative talent recruitment: Drive innovation in talent acquisition by developing and implementing
   - edge strategies to attract
   - notch candidates who will contribute to our company's growth.
4. Candidate-centric approach: Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
5. Networking and outreach: Proactively engage with potential applicants by leveraging various platforms, such as Linked
   In and other networking initiatives, to build meaningful connections.
6. Active sourcing: Stay

   - date and engaged on job boards and social platforms, continuously seeking out
   - quality candidates to join our team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of
   - on experience in successfully executing full cycle recruitment for Technical positions.
2. Demonstrated track record of effectively sourcing Product and Engineering candidates with the ability to pivot to niche and
   - tech.
3. Blend of agency/RPO and
   - house recruitment experience.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to fill critical roles while prioritizing a positive candidate experience.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain constructive and productive relationships.
6. Ideally, familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
