Role Overview:

Planet is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional in the role of Talent Acquisition Partner as a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, which will help support numerous business functions including but not limited to Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and many others. We're looking for an energetic Recruiter who can source and acquire highly skilled people across various business lines, with a big focus on technology positions like Software Engineers and Quality Assurance, but is capable of recruiting for Sales, Operations, and Finance functions.

In the position, you will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and engaging the best talent for our open positions around the world in the development of shaping our recruitment methods. You will be an articulate communicator with experience in internal recruitment and flair for creating your talent pipelines in a truly global environment. You'll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with peers and hiring managers to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

What You Will Do:

1. Source and headhunt top talent for various business areas, with the main focus on technology roles, but also supporting functions like Sales, Operations, and Finance.
2. In close liaison with the team, lead the hiring roadmap, covering the recruitment needs of the different departments.
3. Build quality pipelines, design and execute creative sourcing campaigns, and pursue candidate outreach through the complete recruiting lifecycle.
4. Employ creative, proactive approaches to attract top talent via several sourcing channels.
5. Relationships: manage/develop respective candidate/internal hiring manager relationships to drive effective communications and seamless process.
6. Create an engaging, memorable candidate experience that reflects Planet's values and culture.
7. Participate in key strategic projects for the benefit of the wider business in such a way that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team.

Who You Are:

1. 3+ years' experience in
   - cycle recruiting, with previous experience in an
   - house or RPO environment preferred.
2. Proven experience in diversified job position recruitment, with extensive prior background in
   - focused hiring and sales, operations, and finance.
3. Demonstrated capabilities in drawing meaningful insights out of market data and people analytics to present insightful reports that drive
   - informed decisions.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities of
   - building across a multifunction, multilevel environment.
5. Proficient with ATS systems, experience with Workday highly desired.
6. Fluency in English required, additional languages of French, German, or Spanish welcome as this role will support global hiring needs.
