This person will form part of a welcoming and effective team and will provide the business with the highest quality talent with a focus on sourcing technical, engineering candidates for Portugal, within the right timescales and at the right cost. This person will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to
- boarding whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience at every step.
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Junior that is fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish, to work in Madrid or in Lisbon along side the team.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and Sourcing
- Participation in the full recruitment
- cycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection, through to
- boarding in Portugal and Spain - Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements
- Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
- Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral,
- sourcing, on and off line advertising, events and agencies - Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas
- Improve recruitment processes and manage the Workday recruitment system
- Employer Branding
- Represent the Group at industry events in line with the company strategy
- Participate actively to HR Communication actions: Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaigns, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields
Required Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan,
- task and manage time
