Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with the talent for future opportunities.
2. Build trusted and
   - term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
3. Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
4. Source using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent.
5. Provide a stellar candidate experience and the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
6. Attend networking events to source technical talent.
7. Continuously improve our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies.
2. 3+ years in an
   - house environment, technology company preferred.
3. Great follow through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiences.
4. Proven track record of finding and hiring top technical talent with a high close rate.
5. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Relationship builder/networker extraordinaire.
7. Team Player.
8. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
9. Participate in identifying ways to improve processes, implement better workflows, and execute on process improvement projects.
10. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
