Main Responsabilities:

Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
Source Candidates via Linked
In Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark!

Who you are:

Currently you are studying Human Resources or Psychology (preferable) or any related field.
Strong English communication skills is a must
French/Spanish is a plus
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
You like challenges, are excited by taking responsibility
Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy
Interested in a
- up environment and working with a multicultural team
