Talent Acquisition Executive
MISSION:
A Talent Acquisition Executive is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s
- term goals. The professional will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to mapping our data base.
The ideal candidate has to have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach, and the ability to attract and hire talent for our organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
- Support the Identification and hiring process needs in collaboration with the responsible for Talent Acquisition.
- Create, write and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Mapping and maintaining our internal data base upto date.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Support the implementation effective for recruitment strategies in a way that we attract qualified candidates.
- Keep updated on recruitment practices and initiatives.
- Network and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
Selection Processes:
- Conduct
- person and virtual interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform background checks and reference checks on candidates.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Support the implementation of strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time to fill and offer acceptance rates.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
