Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates and interview teams, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving
  - related issues or conflicts. Address scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or other challenges promptly and professionally.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for candidates, making them feel valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. Act as an ambassador for our company culture.
• Provide great customer service for our internal and external stakeholders.
• Suggest opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience with high volume interview scheduling
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
• Comfortable working with data and proficiency with Excel, Word, Power
  Point, and Outlook
• Proficient in English - both verbal and written
• Strong sense of urgency, good organizational skills and
  - tasking capabilities
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Must be able to exercise good judgement and discretion; secure and maintain private and confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision as well as collaborate in a team environment
• Has a
  - oriented approach, and enjoyment in providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
