Tasks

Job Profile

1. Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Linux servers in
   - alone or clustered environments using automation.
2. Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Storage Servers and SAN Switches.
3. Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Vmware Servers.
4. Interact with other teams to fully understand and implement business requirements, security policies, compliance rules, and network connectivity flows.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure that Linux servers have the appropriate availability, performance, and security that our business requires.
2. Ensure that every addition, removal, or change done on the Linux servers is properly managed through our automation platform.
3. Ensure that security policies and compliance rules are applied in the Linux servers.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

1. 5+ years of experience in Linux systems administration.
2. Experience with Linux clustering.
3. Experience with automation.
4. Experience with Vmware.
5. Experience with Storage Servers.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure services and networking topologies.
7. Strong organizational,
   - tasking, and
   - management skills.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Good English communication skills (written and oral).
10. Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
11. Team player.
