Responsibilities

• Actively collaborating with the Project Manager/Product Owner to coordinate efforts among developers, solution architects, technical engineers, partners, and vendors. This collaboration aims to guarantee that the design and implementation of solutions are in line with business goals and adhere to enterprise architecture standards. In doing so, you will integrate industry best practices and adopt innovative methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitating effective communication, ensuring continuous alignment of all team members, and driving the timely execution of governance routines. You will work in close interaction with the Project Manager and Product Owner to ensure project success.
• Helping define the project scope and objectives upfront, establishing the most effective governance framework, and obtaining stakeholder
  - off.
• Writing and maintaining a detailed project plan, managing unplanned events, overseeing dependencies and critical path, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Creating and maintaining project management and status reports.
• Incidents management.
• Primarily responsible for designing and enhancing business processes using BPMN and flowchart methods, which includes visually mapping and optimizing workflows to boost efficiency and assist in defining requirements.
• Assisting teams in setting milestones, timelines, and facilitating the delivery of project deliverables.

• Proven experience as a Systems Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Le
  SS).
• Knowledge of Healthcare or Financial industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes and workflows.
• Proficient in designing processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or flowcharts to visualize and improve business processes (preferred).
• Excellent skills in analytical thinking,
  - solving, and managing complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Organized, focused on delivery, and
  - oriented.
• Independent,
  - driven, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
• Resilient, proactive, and adept at managing risks and issues.
• Capacity to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
• High level of motivation and solid work ethic.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
