What you will do

1. Monitor Redwood’s service desk and resolve issues in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Implement SSO and SCIM for new applications.
3. Gather information from internal customers on their needs and find the best solution available.
4. Integrate Saa
   S applications according to Business requirements.
5. Document all aspects of applications for maintenance.
6. Administer Atlassian Suite, Azure AD, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
7. Manage Microsoft Exchange Online.
8. Manage an application inventory.
9. Provide daily support and maintenance of the computing environment to users by analyzing and resolving reported technical problems.
10. Execute maintenance schedules for applications.
11. Assist or train users on the use of productivity tools,
    - house developed software, and/or cloud/Saa
    S-delivered solutions.
12. Develop and maintain training materials for
    - user applications in multiple formats, including online/wiki, printed, and video.
13. Lead and drive
    - to
    - scale projects.

Must haves

1. 5 – 10 years of directly related work experience in a computer operations environment providing IT application management and licensing, Rationalization and Evaluation, IT Helpdesk, IT/Technical Support, and the configuration and maintenance of
   - user and small computer equipment.
2. Strong understanding of help desk ticketing systems and maintaining SLAs.
3. Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and documentation skills.
4. Ability to create, maintain, and update documentation pertaining to desktop support processes, system configurations, and
   - user instructions.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and
   - solve but escalate and seek assistance when appropriate.
6. Ability to work and think effectively under pressure and accurately prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes.
7. A degree in a relevant field is desired; equivalent work experience or certifications are required.
8. Hands-on familiarity with cloud and
   - premises products from Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, Slack.
9. Hands-on familiarity with security controls on
   - user systems.
10. Hands-on familiarity with JSON or YAML.
