Thales System Engineer

Thales, a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security solutions, seeks a passionate and talented System Engineer to join our Naval Engineering Center (NEC).

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and integrating combat system solutions, ensuring operational advantage for our armed forces customers. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment, tackling
- demanding projects that push the boundaries of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and understand customer needs through advanced studies, simulations,
   - ups, models, and prototypes.
2. Formalize specifications and architectures to propose optimal solutions and products to clients.
3. Participate in the design of the command and control system architecture.
4. Lead or contribute to integration, verification, and validation activities, ensuring system functionality and coherence.
5. Develop and implement test plans and procedures for
   - level testing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space, Computer Science) or a relevant technical field.
2. Proven experience in Software/Hardware development, Systems Engineering, and Integration & Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) activities.
3. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative work ethic.
5. A passion for lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
