Your New Role

1. Taking over the technical responsibility of Microsoft Outlook and Teams (possibly other M365 products)
2. General administrative tasks such as optimization and automation of identity, access management, integration of new products and other organizational tasks
3. Processing of incidents (second and third level)
4. Cooperation with external service providers as well as internal teams of the IT infrastructure and the IT organization
5. Change management within the framework of ITIL
6. M365 monitoring with common tools (SLA-,
   - and product monitoring)

What You'll Need

1. Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in the IT sector or a comparable qualification or career changer with relevant professional experience
2. Good M365 knowledge, ideally in the Microsoft Outlook and Teams environment
3. Structured and independent way of working preferable
4. Ability to work in a team and enjoy working as a part of a team in an international environment
5. Good knowledge of English
